MOD’s solution for retailers gives its clients access to millions of songs. In order for clients to control such a robust system they needed an accessible solution that allowed them to organize content, create and manage sales promotions, keep track of goals from both a store level as well as corporate.

The store manager is a web based control panel that acts as the central hub to monitor and govern all aspects of a store’s MOD system. Clients can manage their accounts; setup and manage individual stores; create regions that determines what content is available where; create promotions to include overhead display signage, kiosk attract loops, and in-store music mixes; determine time frames for when specific content was to be advertised; visitor analytics showing where users spent their time and used to determine what sales goals were effective; a record of all sales and returns; and finally a complete diagnostic monitoring system showing the health of all stores and alerting the client of any warnings or errors.
